Normal return & exchange period is thirty [30] days (wholesale orders fourteen [14]) days) from the date shipping confirmation shows delivery to address specified. If shipped to a P.O.Box, delivery to your P.O. Box will be used, NOT when you have picked up your items.

Your items will not be replaced or exchanged AFTER the specified days.

PLEASE check your items in a timely manner.

If an item(s) is not available for exchange a refund will be issued or you can choose a product of equal value.

Shipping for "changed mind" items are the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping (return/replacement) for defective items will be paid for by Gemini Design Apparel & Accessories LLC.
All refunds are issued once the items have been received by Gemini Design Apparel & Accessories LLC and inspected.


Any apparel that have tags removed or have been worn/washed will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-medical face masks

Non-medical face masks cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped to the customer. In case of a defective item, please contact us.

Digital Artwork/Downloads

Digital products and licenses are not available for return or exchange.

How to process my return:

1. Log into your account.

2. Scroll down to "Your recent orders" and click to "View Details" access the order.

3. Click the "ADD NEW RMA" button to process your return or exchange.
